Delivery & Returns



During these difficult times I will be happy to send gifts directly to the recipient, beautifully packaged and with a personal message from you, if required, at no extra cost.

All sales are subject to UK law.

As all items are individually handmade please allow for slight variations to products.


Stock items will normally be dispatched within 1 week of receiving payment. If this is not possible I will contact you as soon as possible.

Made to order items can take up to 2-3 weeks to be dispatched. If there are any problems such as sourcing particular stones / materials I will contact you and keep you updated.

Buyers are responsible for any local taxes or custom charges upon delivery of items.


Cancellations will be accepted within 24 hours of the initial purchase except where the item has already been dispatched, in which case you will be able to return the item(s) within 14 days of delivery (see below).


If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return the item(s) within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange:

  • All items returned must be unused and in their original packaging
  • The buyer is responsible for return postage and any related costs. AAM Jewellery cannot accept any liability for lost, damaged or stolen returns
  • Alterations and re-sizing can be requested but may incur additional costs
